Sea Freight

Transporting goods by sea is something that has been done for thousands of years and remains the most common choice when large volumes of goods are to be transported over a longer distance.

CONTAINER

The container has been around for a long time and was used, for example, in the 1950s in the Korean War when the US Army was to relocate its supplies, and then the shipping company Sealand arrived in the late 60s, and then the use began to gain momentum. Today, over 90% of all ocean transport is shipped by container and the vessels can handle +20,000 containers. Depending on the nature of the goods, there are different variants and we come up with the most suitable alternative.

RO-RO

So-called Roll on Roll off vessels uses ramps where you drive on and off the goods. Simply put, it can be said that they are large motor-driven parking garages with space for up to 8000 cars. Besides vehicles, which are the majority of the goods, they are suitable for heavy and / or wide and high goods. There are vessels that can carry weights of 500 tonnes and a deck height of 7 meters.

PROJECT

Order projects can mean different depending on who asks, but usually it is a work with a clear definition of the beginning and the end. Here the entire range of transport solutions can be used and we can help with e.g. charter of a ship if it turns out to be most advantageous.
